Due to handcrafted nature of the product, all sales are final.

Custom, Made-to-Order & Bulk Orders

Custom, made-to-order, modified, and bulk copper hardware orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Because these orders are produced specifically to customer specifications, we typically provide samples or finish references in advance to ensure the customer has a clear and accurate expectation of the final product before placing a full order.

This includes orders involving:

• Custom lengths or dimensions
• Custom finishes or patinas
• Specially requested designs
• Large-quantity or project-specific orders
• Other specifications produced specifically for the customer

Order details should be carefully reviewed before purchase. By placing a custom or bulk order, the buyer confirms all approved specifications including quantity, dimensions, finish, and design.

Returns will not be accepted due to incorrect measurements provided by the buyer, changes of mind, or previously approved design or finish selections.
